Bharat Bhushan (born on 14 June 1920, in Meerut, United Provinces of Agra and Oudh, British India (Present-day Uttar Pradesh, India) is a film actor, scriptwriter and producer.. Bharat Bhushan worked in more than 70+ movies. Bharat was the son of government pleader Raibahadur Motilal. Bharat's mother passed away when he was 2 years old. Bharat is had one elder brother Ramesh Chandra who was a film producer. Ramesh was the owner of Ideal Studio at Lucknow. Bharat is born into a Hindu family. Bharat married Sarla Bhushan and they had 02 daughters Anuradha Bhushan and Aparajita Bhushan. Anuradha had polio-associated complications. Aparajita Bhushan turned into an actress and she worked in more the 50+ movies. After delivering second child Sarla died in the early 1960s. Then Bharat Bhushan married Ratna who was the co-actress of the movie Barsaat Ki Raat (1967). Bharat Bhushan is mainly known for his work in Baiju Bawra (1952). Bharat Bhushan debuted in Hindi movies with Chitralekha (1941). Aakhri Chetawani in 1993 was Bharat's last movie in which did a role. Bharat won the Filmfare Best Actor Award in 1955 for his amazing work in movies. Bharat completed his degree graduation from Dharam Samaj College, Aligarh. Sadly his most movies flopped. Only some of them got appreciation and earnings. Bharat Bhushan faced a financial crisis due to flop movies. Bharat Bhushan died after he escaped his financial crisis, on 27 January 1992 due to heart attack in age of 71.
