Vatsal Sheth (born on 05 August 1980, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India), is an Indian film and television actor. We don't have details of his mother, father, and brothers-sisters. Vatsal married to television, movie actress Ishita Dutta in 2017. Ishita Dutta is worked in Bollywood movies like Drishyam (2015), Firangi (2017), Lashtam Pashtam (2018), Setters (2019), and Blank (2019). Ishita also worked in Telugu movie Chanakyudu (2012) and Kannada movies Yenidu Manasali (2012), Raja Rajendra (2015). She also acted in different TV serials. During TV serials and films, Ishita Dutta and Vatsal meet which turned into dating then lead to marriage. Vatsal debuted to Bollywood with the Taarzan: The Wonder Car movie in 2004. Taarzan: The Wonder Car was a Disaster in the box office and but appreciated by critics. For his acting in Taarzan: The Wonder Car, he was very much appreciated. In Taarzan: The Wonder Car Vatsal acted along with Ajay Devgn. Taarzan: The Wonder Car was the fantasy love drama movie. In 2014 he acted with actors Salman Khan, Tabu, and Daisy Shah in the Jai Ho movie. Jai Ho was an action drama movie that revolves around a soldier who fights for justice. He belongs to the Hindu family and follows Hinduism as his religion. He has completed his school from Gokalibai Punamchand Pitambar High School, Mumbai, Maharashtra and India Utpal Shanghvi School, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Then he completed graduation from Mithibai College, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. He completed his graduation in Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. He has a dream of becoming an actor from childhood, he started his career from roles in Television serials then he got the opportunity to work in Bollywood movies.
Apart from the movie, Vatsal also worked on TV shows, short films. He worked in TV shows like Just Mohabbat (1996—2000), Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (2010), Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa - Season 6 (2013), Ek Hasina Thi (2014), Naach Meri Jaan (2015), Rishton Ka Saudagar - Baazigar (2016), Gehraiyaan (2017), Haasil (2017—2018), Kaun Hai? (2018), Bepannah (2018), and Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke (2019–2020). In Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah and Bepannah he made a special appearance only acted in 1-2 episodes. He debuted to TV shows with Just Mohabbat in 1996 as the child actor. In 2014 he made a debut to TV serials as lead role actor with Ek Hasina Thi. In Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa - Season 6 dance show he seen as a contestant but he was not selected to participate. He worked as a judge for the 2015 Naach Meri Jaan dance show. He also acted in a short movie called Uncoupled in 2015. For his best performance in TV shows, in 2018 he won Lions Gold Awards, Favourite Actor—Critics award for working in Haasil and won Digital Awards, Best Supporting Role (Male) award for acting in Gehraiyaan.
He acted in Bollywood movies like Taarzan: The Wonder Car (2004), Nanhe Jaisalmer (2007), Heroes (2008), Sorry Bhai (2008), U Me Aur Hum (2008), Paying Guests (2009), Toh Baat Pakki (2010), Hostel (2011), Season's Greetings (2013), Jai Ho (2014) and Malang (2020). He debuted to Bollywood with Taarzan: The Wonder Car in 2004. He made a debut to English films in 2008 with The Cheetah Girls: One World. The Cheetah Girls: One World was a comedy movie from Disney Channel Original Movie. He made a debut to Tamil movies with Bommalattam in 2008. In Bommalattam he acted for the role of Nitish Kumar. In Bommalattam movie he acted along with Arjun Sarja and Nana Patekar. For his decent acting in Heroes movie he was nominated for Stardust Award for Breakthrough Performance – Male. Despite his major movies are a flop in the box office still his acting is always appreciated. In Jai Ho movie he came for a cameo role. His upcoming movie The Girl on the Train is going to release in 2020. The Girl on the Train movie release date is rescheduled due to corona pandemics. In this movie, Vatsal is going to act with stars like Parineeti Chopra and Aditi Rao Hydari. This is a suspense thriller movie based on one missing case investigation. In this movie British movie actor Sammy John Heaney also going to work for Reece Lonslow's role. The Girl on the Train (2020) is an official remake of Emily Blunt's movie The Girl on the Train (2016).
